I don't like giving things perfect scores, sue me.:D In all seriousness though, I'd like to say that I've tried many other "LOSE WEIGHT NOW, BURN INSANE FAT!" pills, but I haven't had one that actually works to any degree, especially since they kicked ephedra off the market. I was left with many caffiene(and caffiene-type ingredient) pills which, when tried, tended to leave me somewhat jittery and make my stomach slightly sore, not hurt, just sore. Also, the appetite suppressant stack in those other pills didn't work. Period. Well, I am exceptionally pleased with the appetite suppressant qualities of Zantrex, as it has given me enough "energy"(which I have always felt is 60% mental anyway) to look forward to my workouts in the evenings.
Like many people, I work at a desk all day, and I am 6'4 and was 271 lbs before starting to take this pill. Four days later, I have gone down to 264, and have gotten these results because I lift weights and/or run every night. Some would say this weight loss is unhealthy, but I do not subscribe to that "Your doctor says you should only lose a pound or two a week at most!! Any more is unhealthy!" Burning fat is burning fat. Period.
I imagine this product is not for everyone, those who have replied with complaints about stomach upset, or that it did not work were most likely too impatient, or else they took the pill while continuing to eat all the bad things they normally do. In my humble opinion, this product is not designed to be a wonder drug, but to help a person help themselves to be motivated to work out, and learn to eat right. It's a heck of a lot easier to eat right when you don't feel hunger urges anymore. I can finally go into a restaurant and order a salad with some grilled chicken on top without feeling that need for a big sloppy doublecheeseburger. It's highly encouraging to me. To reiterate, I'd suggest giving this product a try, and please, try to be patient. If it doesn't work, the most you should do is return it to wherever you got it for a refund, not come in here and post reviews of "THIS PRODUCT IS JUNK, IT DIDN'T WORK!". That is an unfair assessment, I feel. Thanks for reading this.

Finally a product that WORKS!! I am taking these miracle pills I finished the first bottle (apx. 8 wks) not ever getting passed taking only one pill before each main meal and the inches are melting away. I went from a size 8 to a 4!! I still cant believe it! My piece of advice is to definitely eat right after you take the pill, especially if you have a weak stomach. I would definitely recommend this product to all of you out there who are tired of never seeing results.

I Think This Is The Best Pill on the market right now, I started taking Zantrex on December of 2003, my wieght then was at 295, I'm now at 245 and still burning the fat off. I Combined Exercise and eating right in order to lose more weight, and i Feel Grreat! :-)

I have taken this for awhile now and I see really nice results. I don't get the side effects others complain about and I dont get like star results either. I do eat normally. My diet hasn't changed nor has my exercise and I still lose. I recommend it to others, if your not showing results or getting sick from it, your probably not taking it properly or should have seen a doctor first.

Hello everyone,today i would like to say a few words on behalf of one of the greatest weight loss pills ever intruduced on the market(in my personal opinion) Zantrex 3.I have an amazing story to share to the world thanks to zantrex 3. Two months ago i weighed so much i did not like to discuss it. Thanks to zantrex 3, hardcore exercise and a fat free diet on a daily basis i lost an incredible 150 pounds. of course i will tell you my secret as to give you all an incentive. exercise for 5 hours each day in spread out increments. any excersise that helps the stomach and legs will do. next you will have to eat all fat free foods with no sugar,and carbohydrates. within two months you won't believe the results. and best of all i had no unwanted side effects except for pure energy.

I would NOT recommend this product to ANYONE. This is REDICULOUS. Just another SCAM to get your money to continue making these false advertisements. The first time I took it, I noticed a significant change in my appetite. Then, the next day, I was not hungry at all. Then, I begin to experience nausea, almost wanting to vomit, fast heart beat, and irritability. The smell of food made me sick. I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone, unless you like to be sick. They should take this CRAP off the market. I also broke out in a series of HIVES. I would not recommend this to anyone. IF you want to lose weight, stop eating fried foods, sweets, sugars and eat FAT FREE dressings, yogurts, etc...and EXCERSISE, EXCERSISE, EXCERSISE. This is so very important, There's no excuse at to why you should have to spend money to be sick, and you can make the difference yourself in the way your lifestyle is. This is ABSOLUTELY a NO NO. No fried foods, sweets, sugars, etc...and excersise have been a wonderful thing for me. And eat three meals a day. GOOD LUCK.

In my particular case, I don't see any reason to give this product more than one star. I would give it less if possible. In summary: Zantrex 3 didn't work for me and I felt miserable the entire time.
I don't doubt that many people have had great success with thermogenic fat burners, but Zantrex 3 didn't work for me. I'm already in pretty good shape... 5'10'', 155 lbs. I do a lot of cardio as well as lifting. So, the need for drastic fat loss wasn't there. However, I was hoping that the Zantrex 3 could help me with a few spots that I just can't seem to get rid of the little remaning fat. You know those spots! So, I started taking two pills twice a day, one serving in the morning, another with lunch. No tangible weight loss results.
Now, I grant Zantrex 3 that I may not have taken it correctly; the bottle claims I should take it 15-30 minute before meals. I usually did this with lunch... but I just couldn't bring myself to take that much caffeine as soon as I woke up. The few times I did, I felt like I was taking poison. I just felt like I was ruining my day from the get go. And I did: Zantrex 3 really fatigued me. I did not feel the energy boost... rather, I just got a mild headache all day and then felt like vomitting at the gym.
So, I'm stopping the Zantrex 3. However, in order to break my newly acquired caffeine addiction, I've been taking one pill twice daily... eventually I'll wane myself to none.
Maybe it will work for you. And advantage has really good prices on the Zantrex (they actually mailed me a larger bottle than advertised!). However, as an athlete on an already sound diet, I wouldn't recommend it.
