Good energy and intensity, improved strength ( range from 5 to 20 lbs per exercise). I tried VPX No Shotgun V.3 and at first it was fine, but after a couple days I thought I was going to die from it. My heart was racing and my blood pressure went up to unhealthy levels. VPX No Shotgun V.3 is my favorite intra-workout supplement but I have also used it pre-workout. VPX No Shotgun V.3 is a great source of protein and has a nice boost of NO and caffeine without all the jitters. I have used VPX No Shotgun V.3 consistently and I like all of the flavors. I find that VPX No Shotgun V.3 mixes easily in a shaker cup and does not clump or leave an aftertaste. However, I have sometimes added some sugar to the blend even though it tastes sweet just to get a few carbs in the mix.
