It reccomends that you use 6 pills a day and i am small so i took 3 the first day and it made my pulse rate go sky high. i lowered my dosage to 1 pill a day and after about 5 days i felt no more efects. i started taking 2 now and i felt almost nothing. your body make take some time to get used to this but it really works. ive been onit for a week on low dosage and im seeing prety good results.

This is a great product that really makes a difference in both your workout intensity levels and also in your strength. It's also quite inexpensive - worth the money for the way it charges you up for the workout and the way it makes your muscles feel more dense after only a week or so of use.

This stuff does work though for first couple of days of using i really didn't feel anything big but as days pass i felt increased strength and endurance, plus the cuts are starting to appear. I recommend this product but be sure to keep on using it for a month or so coz for me 90 tabs didnt do that much. pretty cheap for its great effects.

My first time using this product brought about good results. At 5'8"-210lbs., my muscles felt very hard and dense. Noticable increase in muscular definition after 2-3weeks....effects begin to become noticeable after use of 2/3 use of a 90 tab bottle, however, relatively cheap so not much downside regarding the use versus cost! Just bought my second bottle...I'm a customer for life!
