Directions For Universal Ultra Whey Pro: Mix 1-2 slightly rounded scoops with 6-12 ounces of water or skim milk. This protein powder is great, tastes the best out of many shakes I have tried (smells quite bad though) but taste is thick and choclatey, two scoops gives u 44grms of protein also contains glutamine and is in my oppinion a great protein product i can usually pick up a 5lb tub for as little as 38.00 which is great, and is a trusted company!
Well, nothing to say that can change what everybody knows already.. I got this advice from my friend who works for more then ten years like a seller in this business, well if u are in doubt with this guys from universal u can not go wrong!!
