It is the very best out there. It's the foundation for anyone who is looking to fuel their intense workouts. The only negative thing about this product is the size of the pills. If only Universal could make them a bit more smaller.

This is one of the greatest product I ever used. The reason why you should choose this supplement is:
1 pack containing - 1000 mg Arginine; other aminoacids; all the vitamins you need; most all minerals you need; shark cartilage. I don't know any other supplemet that contains any of these ingredients in such dosages.

Been using this product for a consistent 3 1/2 years. I take 1 pac a day, Mon-Fri. I dont lift weight but use it for martial art (Boxing, Jujutsu, Wing Chun). Keeps me on top of my game. Key thing is to be consistent with one pac a day, good diet, keep up with the workout & your on your way. With this product, your performance is always on top. Its not like one day you're strong, one day you're not. Like I said if your consistent with the pac than your performance will be consistant. I've been taking this product for over 3 years, theres times when I lay off of the pac for 2 weeks my performance is still peaking.

This is the multi-vitamin...Period. I take one a day just before a workout. It has all the nutrients you need to fuel your quest for pain. Remember Pain is your only choice for growth! BE AN ANIMAL

this stuff works great just listen to the directions on the side and it work incredible major mass increase when combined with no exploed but not if ur under 15 years old

This stuff is "Old School" but it still kicks ass. Makes my muscles harder than wood-pecker lips. Super gains on the amount of weigth I can handle and great size gains too. I use it with Creatine, Met Rx, a double split routine 4 days a week, and proper meals. If you are not happy with the results there is no pleasing you. At Advantage's price you cannot afford not to try it ! Try it you will be glad you did.
