i can't believe how well this stuff works. the first day i tried it i added two to three more sets than normal. i've tried it for one day and i am in love with this product. I also couldn't believe how fast i recoverd, it felt like i just started to bench after my fith set. the only side effect i have felt is more stregnth and motivation. you should definitely try it.

I agree, I bought it yesterday and did my second pak today and at the gym I had so much energy during my workout that I noticed my heart pumping harder and faster than normal, and at rest time I waited a lil longer to slow it down. It claims to be ephedra free and caffeine free, but your energy is out the f**** roof! I wasnt expecting immediate results, but so far so good, and now we can train like Animals!

This stuff is great i have used it for a week and added 15 pounds to my bench press but the bad thing is there is alot of caffine in this sh** 20% it works great but too much caffine is bad then you body relies on it.

all this is true. you are much stronger and have a lot more energy but if you dont take proper vitamins with it, i found (the hard way) that I got bad headaches every once in a while.
