I used to use ripped fuel with ephedra and i saw dramatic results. 50 pounds shed off in no time at a very very unrestricted diet. Now i watch what i eat and take this produce and there is no difference. In fact, i have put back on 15 pounds. I am very disappointed with it as I have tried it for a long time and it isn't working.
