I felt results in as little as 4-days. it took only a week after that for my bench to shoot up 15pounds. and for the next 4 weeks that i took it, the results only got better. I don't respond to creatine monohydrate but this is a different form of creatine that will work for anyone. the reason i'm not rating this a 5 is because after i took 4weeks off, which it had said to do, my results weren't half as good, but through both cycles it gave me great endurance and pumps.

I used creatine for increased strength / performance while working out, not for the bulking properties (water retention, etc), thus I take it 30 minutes prior to a workout. I never responded to creatine monohydrate alone. TwinLab used to make a product called "advanced creatine", which worked for me, but they stopped making it about two years ago.
I tried V12 very sceptical. It took me about three days of using it to easily see an effect during my workout, and I would definately recommend this product.

I use it mainly for running and sit ups, push ups. Into the 5th day on my situps I increased by 13, push ups by 8

I have taken it for about 3weeks or more. I have increased a dramatic amount of muscle mass in my hamstrings and have increased my strength by 30% or more. I am female so I have not retained all that water as with creatine monohydrate. I have put on about 8lbs though but it has been strictly lean muscle mass.

Was using NO-XPLODE, a good product as well, but V12 TURBO has amazingly better pumps and strength gains with out the bloating or diarrhea. You gotta try this stuff!!!!

oh ya this works. I mean it tatses like juice. I noticed that ever since i tried this i really have gotten stronger oh ya. My muscles are getting more bigger, but i am way srtonger and no water weight, it will make you stronger, or at least it did for me
