I'm not quite sure how effective Tight is just yet as it's only my second day taking it, but it makes me quite jittery. I've taken fat-burning supplements in the past, including ones with ephedra, and have never had this happen. I'll keep trying it a little bit longer to see how well it works, but I thought people may want to know this. It feels like it is really powerful stuff!

After completing one bottle and not losing much weight at all, even though I am eating healthy by my doctors recommendations and I exercise at least 5 times a week, I am completely unsatisfed with this product. All it does is raise your heart beat and make you sweat more. It never worked to supress my appetite or do any of its claims.
The initial jitteriness did go away, though, and the yohibmine in it certainly was fun.

So far so good. Only been on this for 2 days and no jittery or other side effects. Feel great on this stuff so if it burns fat to boot...then wow!! I also like the fact that you only have to take 1 pill a day vs. 4-6 (or more) like some of the others.

I was in a routine exercise weight lifting slump when I started taking San Tight. I noticed right away my cardio almost doubled…it was amazing for me I toned faster then I had ever before. Down side of this for me was you are only to take it once a day. I took it in the morning and workout so intensely about 4 hours later I would get really sleepy. Not a bad thing at all, but not great when you have to work after workout.

When it comes to giving you energy and supressing your appetite, Tight works wonderful. However its claims of actually making "stubborn fat" disappear are completely unfounded. If all you want to do is eat less and get a good temporary energy boost then take Tight. If you want something that will help strip the fat off, this definitely isn't it.

i weighed 250 pounds and i bought a bottle of tight and i exercised a little and within 2 months i was down to 210, i lost weight so fast it was great. i feel like a new oerson. tight realy works and it dont make you feel cruddy or slow like other metabolism boosters, this is probaly the best stuff on the market. i had no side effects and it was like i never was taking a pill. i think its safe and effective, give it a try.
