2)These bars are really good if you are looking to put on some mass. I used to weigh 320lbs but lost 150lbs in just under a year. I was happy with the results i got on my weight loss but I wanted to bulk up some and add more muscle since all that time of losing fat didn't give me much of a chance to really put on the muscle mass.
