Optimum NitroCore 24 Directions: NitroCore 24™ is Instantized, so it mixes easily. To prepare, simply add 1-2 scoops of NitroCore 24™ powder to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with cold water, milk, or juice. I don't have a huge sweet tooth and Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 Protein is VERY sweet, but the taste is absolutely orgasmic.. I just mix Optimum Nutrition NitroCore 24 Protein in water, it's very thick like a milkshake.. and SO FILLING. wow I can last 3hrs easily to my next meal whereas with other proteins I'd be starving 1.5 hours in..I mix all my shakes with a magic bullet(highly recommended) so the consistency is smooth.. have also tried the cinnamon roll which is also amazing... really like how I can use the same powder for post-workout and before bed…..Review by Sheryl

Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 Protein is my favorite Protein! Used it for 8 months. Amazing taste, but Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 Protein doesn't mix that well. Doesn't bother me though. Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 Protein is packed with Slow, Intermediate, and Fast proteins it is great to take throughout the day.
