I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about bulking up. I have a very high metabolism, which makes it hard for me to gain mass where I want it. I started using this product December 8,2003 and been continuing still today(Feb 5 2004) using this I have gained 8 lbs of muscle mass in two months. If you're serious about bulking up. This stuff is great!!!!

I have finally found a protein drink supplement that tastes

This stuff tastes really good. Tastes like chocolate
milk or if you blend it with ice it tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Very good. I will be buying more of this in the future. It also mixes real easy in a shake mixer, no blender needed.

Wow! finally a great tasting high quality protein powder that
has an amazing 55g of protein in every serving. I can tell a difference in my size after using this powder quicker than with others I have tried. The Vanilla tastes great.

this stuff taste pretty good. Nothing amazing, but its high quality and taste good. not like other protein that you have to chug down. As for gains i didn't do a serious diet/ training program so i dont know. Go pick it up a little bit expensive though.

I am a bariatric surgery patient and I need this as a source of protein. It tastes better than any of the other powders I have tried and the vanilla can be mixed with bananas, strawberries, or chocolate to change the flavors so you don't get bored. I drink it everyday!

I like the Pro Complex from Optimum nutrition because it taste great with milk, and provides me with energy for my workouts. I've gotten bigger and haven't felt bloated or had to frequent the bathroom. Top notch stuff if you ask me.

Bottom line this is the only protein I will buy. The vitamins minerals and Glutamine are included. This stuff rocks and is great for breakfast and mixed with creatine.

Pro Complex helped me gain strength and size. I've tried the chocolate flavor, and it's the best tasting protein I've found. Although it is somewhat expensive, advantagesupplements seems to sell it cheaper than anyone else. I would definitely recommend this protein. Size and strength gains are guaranteed with a sensible workout routine.

I've never felt so compelled to write a review on any supplement before. Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex (chocolate flavor)is the best tasting protein drink i've ever had. Mixes easy, and taste great IN WATER! No compromising taste for nutrition here. This stuff is so good you could have it for dessert.

This stuff tastes unbelievable! I cant believe that this stuff has 55grams of protein in it because it tastes so good. I tried GNC's Mega whey which offers 40 grams a serving, but that stuff tasted awful... i actually had to sell it to a buddy... if u can spend the dough, go with pro complex
