First of all it tastes better than any other product on market. Secondly it mixes easily in a shaker bottle with water or milk which ever you like better. Last but not least it is an excellent product.
I was very skinny and on top of that have a VERY high metabolism so whatever I eat is gone fast, and am not big fan of eating as well (not that I don't eat at all just that I eat like every regular person but I don't want to eat every time). So I thought to do something about it and made a resolution for 05 to change my physique. I started working out and did research on products nutrition facts and price :). I like Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass the best because it has amount of calories, proteins and carbohydrates I need in a day. I have been using this product for about two months now working out on weekdays and I have seen dramatic changes in my physique. My shoulders, back, arms, chest, abs and legs have reformed, clothes fit better and after about 21 years I have a butt (funny though but it feels good). The best part about all my progress is that my girlfriend loves it. I am not writing this review to sell this product or Optimum Nutrition has asked me. I am just sharing how it has helped me and for those out there like me reading this review I hope it works for you as well and even better. In short Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is the bomb for me and I’ll keep using it until God knows.

Serious Mass is a fantastic product. I have been using it for about a month while working out 3x a week and have noticed dramatic results. I have put on about 15 lbs of muscle mass. It tastes good, but the scoops are gigantic. If you use the two scoops suggested on the package, it is pretty hard to get down, not because it tastes bad, but because it is too thick and filling. Instead of trying to choke down the two scoops in one shot, I have been taking one scoop in the morning, another at night after my workout. This seems to work well for me. Overall, this is a great product, especially for those of us hard-gainers. After trying many different products and never seeing results, I'm sticking with Serious Mass.

Good tasting product at a good price! Mixes well with a hand blender and doesn't thicken up for a few minutes so it's easy to drink. Only tried the strawberry but it tastes good. Nice breakdown of vitamins, amino acids and low fat content.

sugar. i drink this for breakfast, being old, single dad. vanilla tastes great, all you need is a blender. i dont waste money on vitamins anymore. i buy in bulk, and save $. reputable company.

It's an great tasting shake that provides not only all the protein your body can handle but it also contains alot of vitamins that each of us need everyday. I would recommend this product to just about anybody.

Doesn't taste as good as N-large, mixes very well, I use a shaker bottle. The cup is the size of a toy shovel, it's the same as using 4 scoops of N-large.

i just wanna say that serious mass to me is the bomb!! i use it and i like it. 1st of all i love the taste itz delicious and 2nd it gives me an extra boost n push for my workouts. and i also put on size on my upper body, got a better shape and slimmer waist n fuller arms. it works for me. only took me 6 weeks with everyday workin out and not the samebody part everday and good eatin u be straight. good luck

great product,i have been looking for a product like this one for a long time,and just now i stop waising time and money.this product is great is high on proteins and calories but if u know how to transform those calories like i do,you wont have trouble.i have been able to get 10 pound in 2 weeks.but i work out and burn calories.good luck!i dont change it
