"This is a great product. I have the double chocolate flavor which I mix with 2 cups whole milk for a shake that is 920 calories and tastes very good. The best thing about this product is how easily it digests. The last thing you need when you are trying to put on weight is a weight gain shake that makes you feel like it is still sitting in your stomach 3 hours later when it is time to eat again. With 60 grams of protein and 85 grams of carbs Optimum Pro Complex Gainer will add some nice size and has done so for me as I am a hard gainer. The taste is really good as usual and of course Optimum Pro Complex Gainer mixes well with water and ice in a shaker. I found a full scoop to be a bit much so I broke it down to 4 half scoops through out the day and night. A half scoop being 30 grams approx. So each day 120 grams which is perfect for my body weight. Obviously this does not include other nutrition in the mix. I did however find it a bit hard to keep off some unwanted belly flab but being full of carbs you would expect that and nothing more cardio can’t fix. Unlike Optimum's Whey Protein, their pro complex gainer is awesome. It tastes decent enough to slam down, and you get over 600 calories in 1 shake! When I am bulking Optimum Pro Complex Gainer is my go to for breakfast and before bed. Took Optimum Pro Complex Gainer after taking a lot of other different gainers and brands. Optimum Pro Complex Gainer was my favorite. The extra protein in Optimum Pro Complex Gainer helped me get from my plateau of 202 pounds up to my all time high of 207! Optimum Pro Complex Gainer is by far the best weight gainers I have taken. I tried quite a few from N2-Large to Champion Nutrition 900, and from the quality of protein to carb content Optimum Pro Complex Gainer was a lean mass gainer. Optimum Pro Complex Gainer tasted really good also. Love the fact they used whey isolates as main source of protein so that it also worked as a post workout shake as opposed to a lot of other weight gainers.
