This stuff tastes just like cherry cough syrup; I love it! It's great because it enters the bloodstream almost immediately unlike protein powders or tablets that have to digest first. This is one of the only things I know which can put you in a positive nitrogen balance like hormones can. Awesome. The only thing better would be a timed release formula (just in case the company sees this and wants to improve it).
