The nutritional content is excellent, 45/20/4 with only 4 gm of simple carbs. It mixes easily in any protein shaker. One of the best tasting MRP (I have tried several). The vanilla custard flavor, taste exactly like it. Feels like a dessert, if you have frequent sugar cravings this is a great way to get away without the consequences. The chocolate cream flavor taste more like the vanilla custard with a touch of chocolate. My wife thinks they are both to sweet but I certainly don't. The price is just unbeatable. The only other MRP I continue to use is MaxMuscle, at almost double the price. I still use it to keep some variety in my diet.

Awesome product. Tastes good. Mix a little cinnamon in with vanilla and you wont be disappointed. Cheap too!
