This is the first casein protein powder I've ever tried and it's great! I've heard that most casein powder tastes really chalky and nasty and is really bad to mix, but this is great! The chocolate mix tastes just like drinking brownie batter, really. But you HAVE to mix it with a blender, it does NOT mix with a spoon. It does what it says, it satisfies and digests slowly, great to take! And excellent value, especially from this website.

I've had great experience with several Optimum Nutrition proteins and this one is no different. Produces thick, tasty shakes that provide solid bang for the buck. Highly recommended for casein protein supplement.

This stuff is great! Vanilla tastes good, I mix 12oz of skim milk with one scoop. Any less liquid and its like drinking glue mixed with sand.
I take mine right before bed, and it seems to be working, im not starving when I wake up in the morning.
