As far as results I gained nearly 10lbs of muscle (I was also on a high protein diet, gram for every pound of body weight) I only used one jug and it worked pretty good, workouts were great and it makes your muscles fuller and harder! My bench went from 260-275 in 3 weeks(the time i was on it) I plan on getting another jug here in a few weeks! Take this with Pro Complex and a high protein, low fat diet, and you will gain lean mass like you would never believe! Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is its hard to mix best way is in a blender but shaking works sometimes its just very tough to get mixed!

this product is great i was using cell tech it worked great and i read about this product so i bought it and its alot better then cell tech but the down fall is when you drink it like 15 minutes later you gonna piss like mad because it goes throught your stomach 70% faster. this product is great if you wanna gain about of muscle. if you want the best you should stack it with Lipo 6 (fat burner) if you stack it with that you will be ripped by no time.

i've been using Vitargo CGL for 8 weeks now, not only have i gained 15 pounds of muscle mass, on a strict protein diet, but i have also upped my bench max from 175-to 275 in almost eight weeks. i would recommend stacking Vitargo with NO-Xplode.
