Nature's Best Perfect Low Carb Isopure Directions: For a rich,
thick shake, mix 2 scoopfuls with 12 oz of water in a
shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not
convenient, Isopure can be stirred into solution with a
spoon.
After comparing to other sources of protein supplements, Isopure low carb and Isopure zero carb protein supplements are by far my preference. I use 1/2 serving. I like to add it to milk for extra protein and calcium. I find it best to mix a while before I want to drink it and it does need to be stirred just before drinking. - Peggy

I love this product! I have been using it for two years and continue to enjoy it. It's a great drink. I like to drink it right after a workout, makes me feel energized and rejuvenated. I've tried the Alpine Punch but prefer the chocolate with milk. The punch has a milky texture due to the whey protein. The chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk. It dissolves easily and quickly.
