I used this product for almost a month.. used the 140 capsule size. This product was great!! My goal is to lose body fat (not necessarily weight) and gain lean muscle. For that month it helped alot losing fat. But this product only works if you workout regularly and watch your diet... it helped 'alright' suppressing my appetite but it helped even more with my workouts!! I went through my sessions like there was no tomorrow!! While taking it, i followed directions perfectly.. but when i got to the 3 pills 3 times a day.. i got headaches... it was too strong.. so i stayed on 2 pills 3 times a day.. and it worked out great. When you're more intense with your workouts the better gains you'll have with your body. This product wont work with those who are just sitting at home eatin chips all day... it'll help you as long as you help yourself.
Xenadrine EFX is a great product too
but i stopped taking it because of bitter orange. A good combo with this i think is with NOX2 by pinnacle, Hydroxycut works great with it because it increases ur blood flow and doesn't have ephedra or synephrine (both which are vaso constricters).

I've been taking this product for about 2 weeks now.
At first I got huge amounts of energy but I've gotten use to them (ThankGod).
Honestly it works, I've lost 2 or 3 lbs in the last 5 days.
The only problem I have with it is after 3 weeks its 3 pills at once, sucks.
But if your looking to get ripped (only if you lift) it will allow you to loose that fat around those muscles
Also try this with Nitro-Tech.

I have been on a no carb, medium fat diet for about 4 weeks

this product worked very well for me. combined with a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood 4 times a week, Hydroxycut helped me lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks, which is great since I have a very hard time losing weight.

I was pooking uncontrolablee and needed lipofaction to get the fat off i gained while using this pruduct. Seriously its bad and i feel its not very happy.

i put 2.5 stars cos it depends how ya wanna look at it... you will probably lose weight taking this, simply cos everything is speedier and you no longer say 'i wish i'd gone for a run'.... more like, 'hey, it's 2 am but there's always time to burn more calories', cos if ur already obsessed by weight it gets you real pumped and ultra obsessive compulsive... but it's really depressing when you can't help snapping at ppl cos they get on ur nerves and u lie awake at night with ur brain ticking over.... this fueled my addiction, to both losing weight and sleeping pills... then ya run outta money and you start not being bothered running or walking or saying no to junk food..... now if ya wanna lose weight i'd say just go for a half hour walk whenever ya get tha chance, move a lot, i swear those little 15 minute walks add up at the end of the week...... try tha hydroxycut- you will anyway, but it aint gonna make ya feel very human or happy

this product WILL shed off pounds for you, but if you have ANY family history or have even a shadow of a doubt that someone in your family has had heart problems, dont take this or check with your doctor before using. i used for 3 weeks, lost approx 5 pounds and was starting to get pretty ripped. one night i had a huge rush to my head, and i saw tingles in my right eye for approx 10 seconds, for the rest of the night i was shaking.

This stuff does not work it actually increases your appitite and just gives you energy you cant use.
This product is either a scam or crap it is a scam.
I'm going with Stacker 2, because this hydroxycut made me gain 3 lbs in 2 weeks I havnt lost any extra fat.
This product should be banned, its like a sugar pill , worst part about it is you have to take 3 pills a day 3 times a day. So your wasting your money.
Try something else, this crap is not worth having a heart attack over if it doesnt even curve your hunger.
I actually ate more.

this product most definately surpresses your hunger. sometimes i'll go thru a whole day without once being hungry or having the urge to binge on junk food. cuz you know when you are on those strict diets your mind be playin tricks on ya making you hunger for junk so bad. but when i was taking hydroxycut it made me feel like i was never hungry, it didn't make me feel full but it makes you feel satisfied. it also gives you energy. really its up to you if you really want to lose weight. if you exersize and eat healthy and take hydroxycut it definately helps you lose weight alot alot alot quicker. but don't think that you can eat whatever you want sit on the couch and watch jerry springer all day and then pop a hydroxycut pill and you'll lose weight...that aint happenin..but if you stay focused and motivated your dreams will come true and you'll have a body you always wanted...it

if you dont move your ass the product isnt gonna work. If you eat the same it will be less effective. Walking wont do sh** cause your not getting your hear rate up enough. You should try to eat the same and get your heart rate up. If you work out harder you will lose more fat. That goes even if you dont use hydroxy cut. It may give you the sh*** but if you eat right and get you heart rate up it will work.

I think this product is great. It helped me lose 20lbs within 3 months. I took 2 pills 3 times a day and once I lost the weight, I only took 1 pill 3 times a day. When I work out, I take 2 pills. I go two weeks with out taking anything just to give my body a rest. It really works when you exercise and eat right.

I gave this 4 stars only because I miss the old Ephedra Hydroxycut. I lost nearly 55 lbs in just over 2 months on the old formula. This new stuff is still very good. Like most people said you DO need to excersize while taking this. I like to take one serving before I go to the gym as well. Gives me great energy. Combine with Nitro-tech, and Cell-tech, and you'll be a monster in no time!

This is a great product I started taking hydroxycut after I had my third child, i went from 140lbs to 115lbs in 3 weeks. and it worked great and fast, and I dident have that speedy feeling that most pills have, and it keeps working for weeks after you take them, and i never once lost my appatite ..I love my pizza fridays..

i just started this pill a few days ago and ive already lost 3 pounds-- i workout alot and eat healthy, i just want to lose weight wuicker-- and for those of you who say it didnt work it's porobably because you werent exercising enough and eating too much. many people think because they're on a diet pill they can eat whatever they wnat, but with this one you cant do that, so that would explain why some of you gained weight.

It made me feel so sick,I always had a very high temperature and my hair and nails went brittle.Just eat well,watch calorie intake and exercise.Make it a permanent lifestyle change rather than turning to a magic pill for summer or what ever.
