As far as I can see, this pack's most effective asset is the "Hydrazide", (The water pill). I was given a shredded stack, and followed the manual with exactingness. The diet is pretty intense. It is super functional, except the protein intake seems about 30% too high. Its impossible for a human to absorb the recommended amount. Example, a 200 pound man, (me) is expected to eat 300 grams per day... the only benifit of that is a solid colon clense!
The hydroxy cut is a strong stimulant. I do no recommend anyone who is sensitive to caffeine takes this. There are a few beneficial ingredients in here, but most of them are for blood sugar levels and free-rad protection.
Leukic is a very odd product. I generally have a softer muscle... but when I was taking Leukic, I actually felt a pump difference and hardness difference. I think in 30 days, I gained realistically about 1 pound of solid mass.
Which, contrary to what people think, 1 pounds is...a ton on top of a body builder.
Hydrazide is simply a water pill. Its pretty strong, but more expensive.
I think I attribute all of the results, except the water cutting to the diet I forced myself onto.
I would most likely not recommend this if you were not already a dedicated athlete. But if someone gives it to you... I guess you should try it.
