I go to the University of Florida which is where the studies on GAKIC were conducted, so I had to try it. This supplement is not a wonder drug or anything, but you take it prior to working out and it definately works as promised. I'm able to get 2 or 3 extra reps out of my exercises and I feel strong to the very end of the workout. Highly recommended.

I said it wasn't doing nothing for me. Well was I wrong,I wait 40 minuets after drinking it and since than I been able to add more weights to the bar than before, its a great a product.
