I tried this product for about three months and noticed the followng: I made slight gains in muscle mass but not as much as I thought I would , I did acquire a remarkable increase in strength which I lost almost immediately after i stopped taking the product, the product has a really weird texture which tastes rather sickening when being drinken. I guess for the price it is a fair product, but just because it didn't work to well for me, doesnt mean it wont work well for everybody. If you have a tight budget I would recommend this product, but if you can afford it, you might try no2.{which worked wonders for me}

I am 15 yearls old and have recently started taking this product. My bench press increased from 165 to 215 in about 3 months and I experienced substantial gains in muscle size(especially in the the chest}. The only bad thing i can say about this product is that it has a sand-like texture which is virtually impossible to dissolve. I experienced no side effects at all while taking this product, and would like to comment that common theory that creatine causes muscle cramping has no grounds and is absolutely false. Lastly, for being only around 18 dollars, it is an extremely cheap supplement which i would definately recommend.
