This is one of the older brands on the market and is very
reputable. Quality ingredients reap a quality body. If you're new to the game pick some of this up and use it a base to compare all others.

The standard to base others on. It is more of a meal replacement than a "pure protien powder", but mixes well (add enough water- with about 40g protein and 20g carbs it will be thicker than alot of other proteins). Flavors are excellent.

This was the first protein i've tried. It wasn't too good. I hardly saw any results and I can never finish it because it is so thick. the flavor is good though

With the amount of protein for the caloric count,this product has proven itself over and over again to be the best meal replacement on the market. Using a blend of protein, the right amount of carbs and adding some Glutamine, it provides a perfect meal.
