I gave it a 4.0 stars because it doenst tast quite as bad as
some of the protein bars out there, it has a slightly less chalky tast to it, and it is a good protein boost, for when you need it the most.

My favorite protein bar, I also use Nitro-Tech bars.
But this is the best tasting bar out there.
Good luck finding a better bar besides nitro-tech and met-rx also try *met-rx big 100*.

These taste good, the Chocolate Fudge especially, pretty high priced but worth it when you need the protein on the go this is the way to do it! I use one for a meal a day and they make a good meal replacement. I have tried many other bars but none really compare to the taste and quality/results of Met-RX Protei Plus Bars.
