1) I have been using Met-rx Meal Replacement for years. I forget how I originally found out about it, or why I even tried it... However, it's an excellent product! The taste is great and it's got all your daily nutrients and such. The results are amazing! I often joke with friends and family that it's a type of steroid. I can start taking Met-rx Meal Replacement on Monday and by Friday I'll notice an increase of energy, strength, and muscle tone. My only warning to consumers would be to make sure you work out while you're on it. If you don't work out you'll end up putting on a lot of weight since it has a lot of carbs. If you work out daily and burn up your carbs you'll be fine. I'd reccomend this for anyone, not just bodybuilders. I am a martial artist and I notice a huge difference when I work out with Met-rx Meal Replacement than without it….Aaron

4) Man! Vanilla never taste like vanilla. Met-rx Meal Replacement is a thick shake! holy crap it's thick. You drink this and you won't eat for two days. Just Playing. If you use a blender don't go past 10 secs or its Froth City! I added Peanut Butter, Nestle Quick powder, and it still tasted weird. Maybe it’s all the stuff they put in there. I heard chocolate was better. Though, I don't have the money to waste, I will just take their word for it. I got sick of all the Strong Man competitions commercials, so I tried it. Overall not the worst MRP out there, but I definetly would not buy another box of Met-rx Meal Replacement….Jason
5) I use Met-rx Meal Replacement as a pre-workout shake b/c it's got some extra carbs in it. Plus, it's a casein blend which makes it well suited for pre-workout or before bedtime shakes. Also has l-glutamine. I like to keep my supplements simple, and Met-rx Meal Replacement works well for me….Casey
