These bars are pretty good. They pack a lot of calories and protein into one bar, so they are excellent for a meal replacements. They also got 100% daily value of some important vitamins and minerals. Lots of iron, so it’s good to people with anemia. However, I think there are some hidden trans fats in there because even though it doesn’t say it on the site, on the bar it has partially hydrogenated vegetable oil as an Ingredient. I’m sure it is a nominal amount, but I guess that depends on you personal decisions. Other than that...they’re good stuff.

I've had all flavors, couldn't even finish and entire bar, tastes like crap.
