To look at the ingredients, this product has everything; good balance of vitamins, caseinate form of protein for the anti-catabolic effect, whey for protein synthesis.
Unfortunately, after blending this with milk, the texture of this product is almost identical to pancake batter! I had to scrape and power wash my blender/glass to remove the 3/4 inch thick paste that was stuck to the sides.
I tried the strawberry, but there was no real way to taste the product, because it was so thick that there was no way it was going to dissolve in my mouth.
This product absolutely did not work for me and I will be tossing the other 39 packets that remain.
The price was very good for a protein blend with a caseinate protein, however the texture was so awful that I would highly recommend something else. Compared to the Labrada Pro V60, another blended protein mix, the Labrada was a little overpowering with the artificial flavoring, but I would give it a 10 compared to ISS Matrix. The Labrada also offers 18g more protein per serving.
If the company removed some or all of the thickening agent from this protein, it might be decent, but until then, I severely recommend against purchasing this protein supplement.

This product is by far the best tasting shake I every had with just adding water and mixing. It also has a great Protein, Carb, Fat ratio for athletes or active people on the move. And fianlly it is the best bang for the buck. If you look at comparable products you are going to be paying $5 - $15 more per box.

You can get a lot better product than this without looking far. The taste is o.k. at best. The biggest problem with this product is how poorly it mixes. It clumps and seperates from milk or water.
