WOW! I am a young male that is in relatively good shape. I am using this product to tun my little belly into something to be proud of. Of course the intake of carb is the #1 source of all body fat. I took one of these pills 30 minutes before a HUGE dinner I made last night.
I figured I would put this pill to the test. So I ate 2 BBQ Style Burgers and a large side of fries. Nearly 12 hours later I am so full I cant even eat breakfast, nor want to. I am young so you realize how fast my metabolizm is.
So far, there statement that says "...it stores food for energy, not converting it into stored fat which means you also eat less since it is all stored for energy..." is VERY accurate.

I am diabetic. I tried this product last night and monitored my blood sugar for 4 hours after eating a bowl of pasta. MY blood sugar went DOWN as if I had not eaten the pasta. This WORKS. All type 2 diabetics need to try this and monitor their blood sugar as I did to prove to themselves this is worthwhile.
