Geared Up Ephedralean Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules 1-2 times per day approximately 30 minutes before meals and/or workout. Do not take more than 4 capsules daily. Start with 1 capsule to adjust tolerance to product.
