In comparison with cell-tech I believe Phosphagen Hp boosts strength faster than cell-tech.With cell-tech on the otherhand i felt bigger and bulkier. I think Phosphagen Hp is better considering it bieng far less expensive than cell-tech, meaning you could get 2 42 serving containers ($15.00 each) for half the price of a 7Lbs Cell-Tech which costs $80.00 dollars. This stuff works. I saw awesome gains in size and
strength. I still take it! This product works best if you include a protein shake and are an intense trainer, ie. around 20 sets per muscle group. Read the directions and drink your water!

This stuff really works. It help me pack on 10lbs of muscle in only 2 weeks. You can't go wrong with the price either. At $20 for 42 servings, it's a much better deal than the overpriced Cell-Tech, which only gives you 20 servings for nearly $40. I've tried both products and I honestly can't tell any difference between the two. Maybe I am missing something, but to me the Phosphagen HP is cheaper and seems to work just as good as Cell-Tech.

This is a great product. Creatine alone works very well, but with HP I don't think you get as much water retention.

Read the other reviews so I figured I'd give this product a try - seeing the cheap it was. The result, not too impressed. The pump and strenght that I had received from using Cell Tech in the past was MUCH better than what I got out of this product. Not bad, but definately not great.

I've gone through 2 canisters of this product and I have not really seen any gains in weight. I have seen some increase in strength, but not a huge advantage. If you are like me and creatine gives your stomach fits as well as leaving a real bad taste in your mouth than you should try this product. It is gentle on the stomach and really taste good. I used to like the other flavors but I guess they were not as popular. As far as results this is great. I saw dramatic increases in strength in the first week alone. I only jumped up about 7 pounds but I was impressed with the quality of weight gained not the amount.

I started taking phosphagen and noticed a big difference in my ability to pump out extra reps when normally i am unable to. The energy boost in the gym is great but I haven't noticed an increase in mass like i was expecting.

Frankly, most of the supplements out there are pure hype where marketers target gullible wannabes. Creatine is one of the few products that really delivers in double-blind tests as well as my own HIGHLY skeptical personal experience.
I purchase EAS Phosphagen because it delivers the best value for the money. I do see improved strength and endurance when I use it, and I see a tailing-off effect within 3-5 days of stopping use. I've tried creatine with all kinds of sugary additives and other gimmicks and it does not make a real difference. So go for the best price per gram and follow the instructions.

The fruit punch is the only type that I tried, but it tastes great. It's easy to drink before and after even the hardest of workouts, because it tastes just like kool-aid.
