Great tasting bar. It's Perfect for a good nutritious morning
snack when you're very busy like me and don't have time to eat a real breakfast. I like the peanut caramel flavor the best.

I love these bars. I eat one everyday for my morning protein. They are great for all nutrition needs, but they are so good. I love the apple crisp.

These are by far the best tasting EAS bars, and I have tried a good majority of them. Altough they aren't quite as filling as the Myoplex Deluxe bars, they work great as a mid-meal or a quick meal replacement.

I really enjoy these bars, especially the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Crisp. I wish they were a little more filling, but what can you expect for 190 calories! I would recommend them to anyone as a midday/midmorning snack.

The over all taste and texture of these bars is very satisfying. I would recomend them to anyone in search of a quick balanced meal on the go. My favorite is the Cinnimaon Roll Crisp.
