i have been useing this product for a littel over a year and i love it, its great i was a size 18/20 around this time last year now iam a, 8/9, and 72lbs lighter, and i am not dead, sick, or anything eles, i hate that they took this product off, because of stupid people using it wrong, if u can read, and u see the bottel says dont use if u......have any of theses health problems, and stupid people still do, and it tells you how to use it, dang, iam a prime example, iam glad i stock up on it, befor they took it off selfs, anyways thanks the makers of xenadrine rfa-1, you all save my life, and a higher self essteem, thx, lela, and i hope you all bring it back, dont let these stupid hungery making people get you all down,if iam still alive belive me there are millions that used it just like me who are still alive, all you got to do is read the instrutions, thx lela bring it back!!!!!!bring it back!!!!!!

I know there's been negative side effects with ephedra based
products, but I've had positive results with this one. It's helped me to lose that 'last 10 pounds' and maintain a slim size 2 and helped get the fat off of my stomach and inner thighs. I would recommend that people take 1 capsule instead of the 2 stated on the bottle and drink lots of water, also pay attention to the warnings on the bottle, such as not smoking or drinking caffeine products. Ignoring warnings could be why some have had negative side effects. Taken with adherence to the directions can result in long term weight loss and body fat reduction.

this product is the greatest i have ever tried. Got rid of those extra 5-10 lbs before i could clearly notice my 6 pack! Now, back from vacation, i am 10 lbs over what i want to be and i am soooo disapointed at not being able to use this product.Great boost of energy, i didnt even have to take it on regular basis...once a week or even once every two weeks just to maintain or to make up for a `bad eating day`. It`s too bad this prodct is off the market because some idiots were not using it well. BRING IT BACK!
