Last school year I had a roommate who worked out a lot, so I decided to go with him. After not losing a pound after the first month, I looked online for some help. I came across Xenadrine EFX and liked what I read.
I started slow, with a half dose, and after a week I did the full dose. I recommend that if you try this stuff to do the same, because a friend of mine tried it and could not handle one pill. It isn't for everybody! However - I had absolutly zero side effects, unless you cound increased
energy and losing over 50 pounds in 8 months with diet and exercise (4 months of which I was on the pills) side effects.
I stopped taking the Xenadrine EFX over 7 months ago now, and the weight is still off, plus some more. Now I am taking protein shakes to build up more muscle, and I am in the best shape of my life! I couldn't have done it with out the Xenadrine!

I have been working out and haven't really noticed any difference. I thought I would try Xenadrine EFX (ya never know). Not only have I been losing a lb a day (after only 4 days), but even while taking Prednisone, which makes you eat a lot and gain weight, I'm still losing. I never asked about the combination of the 2 drugs, so I wouldn't recommend that for everyone who's on Prednisone, but it's working really well for me. No moon face! I'm really happy with my energy boost too. I get up earlier every day and get a lot done. I'm just busier because I have more energy, but it's not a nervous energy. I just do more. And I'm walking to and from work every day - no problem (1 hour/day).
I highly recommend it. Don't forget to drink lots of water! It helps!

its great i was currently weighing 167lbs when i first took it thursday and today (sunday)i weigh 160. lost 7 pounds in four days. My belly is ALOT firmer and it doesn't jiggle like it use to. i have alot of energy and would reccommend it to anyone. i also do tae-bo basic and tae bo 8 minute every other day alternating between days and drink alot of water. i started these tapes and i've been drinking alot of water

This works exceptionally well. I lost 20 lbs. which have
stayed off even when I took a hiaitus from the pills. Start slowly (1 capsule/day for a few days, etc.), and always take with food or nausea sets in quickly. Combined with a little exercise and a lot of water, this is fantastic. If you exercise regularly, it's all the better.

Honestly did not see nor feel any change in metabolism/energy/weight. I've been working out for 4 years, weigh 198, and have around 11% body fax, so I'm not sure if this really works for those who work out religiously and who want to get super shredded. It may work to some degree for those who may be totally out of shape, but I've read studies
that the non ephedrine Hydroxycut did nothing compared to the control in a double blind test. So the xenadrine efx may be placebo because I never felt anything.

This product simply does not work. I have been using this branded supplement, since they first launched out Xenadrine RFA-1. EFX does not come close with RFA-1.
O.K. it will suppress you appetite for few hours, but it will do nothing more. You don’t see results and it`s waste of money. I guess any diet supplement with out Ephedrine will not work. Warning! Do not take Xenadrine and decide to have a cup of tea at the same time.
I did so once, had a hart stroke!

Very nice product. I took the recommended dosages on the bottle for about 5 days of the week and lost 75 pounds between last October and December (about 3 months total). I feel great, but I regret to say that I didn't work out a single day while using this and still experienced good results. And I didn't starve myself either--once I got my diet into a groove, I was never hungry at odd hours of the day (I cycle this product obviously). I might have been able to do this without Xenadrine EFX Ephedra-Free, but I'm sure it would have been much more difficult.

I've tried everything to lose weight, but I tend to get tired quickly of diets. However, I'm 18 years old and I promised myself that I would lose weight when I went to college. This has proven difficult however with constant eating of dining hall food.
Despite this, I decided to start going to the gym and to try to eat more healthy snacks. When I didn't experience any noticeable results after several weeks, I decided to try Xenadrine EFX. While I've only been on this pill a few days, I've noticed some side effects, like tiredness (though with periods of incredible energy), increased sweating (which I hope means I'm burning more calories), gasiness, and stomachaches. At the same time, I have increased endurance to work out longer and I've lost like two pounds. I am hoping, really, really hoping this product works! Whether it does or doesn't we shall soon see. I will continue to update you as I continue with this product.

Without watching what I ate, I tightened quite a bit. Huge mood elevator and gives you the stamina to make you move. Side effects ranged from poor sleep and tiredness in late afternoons (if you haven't trained). The worst side effect is the drop in mood and energy when you stop the product.
