This is my personal favorite protein powder. Not only is it the best tasting by a mile, but it also gives the best results. I've tried many different powders. The best whey for the price is optimum nutrition 100% whey, but it does not give you close to the results of Muscle Milk. The one time I tried Nitro Tech it mixed horribly and tasted awful so I cannot give a true review on its results. Muscle Milk is whey and casein protein and just gives you more noticeable results, you'll gain more muscle mass on Muscle Milk than anything from my opinion. The price can be expensive some places but if youre smart you'll find a website, such as this one, and buy four 2.5lb or 2 4.9 lb jug for about or less than $90, thats about $20 more than a ten lb bag of optimum nutrition but the extra cash is well worth it if you want results. I probably gained about 15 lbs in a few monthes taking about 3 shakes a day.

I started using muscle milk about a year ago. I found for the price and the quality of the product, that I don't think their is anything like it on the market..I have taken protein before and gained unwanted weight in areas(love handles, gut)but with muscle milk it is a lean mass builder, that burns fat. I went from 165lbs to 185lbs in 2 months. I ate right and used this product and gained amazing results...Thanx
