I've tried a plethora of other protein powders. There were none that I actually enjoyed drinking. I always had to force myself to drink it after a workout. I then tried Monster Milk. Everyone loved Muscle Milk's taste, but I never took it because of the high fat content. I want strickly a high protein shake. The makers of Muscle Milk then came out w/ Monster Milk. I tried Monster Milk (chocolate) and actually enjoyed drinking it. It was thicker than the other powders and gave it a milk shake type of consistency. I would drink at least 2-3 a day. In the morning, after a workout, and before bed. The only problem is that it only comes in a small 2 lb container and I go through it in a week. Hope they start making a larger container w/ more servings. Definitely try it. The high fiber will make you more regular, but's that's good thing.

I've tried various types of protein shakes, some just didn't taste very good and difficult to drink. I just bought Monster Milk (chocolate flavor) and it tastes delicious. It's a little thicker than other proteins powders on the market. I use 12 oz of milk w/ 2 scoopes and it gives it a nice thicker consistency, like a chocolate shake. It seems to have everything expected in a high quality protein shake. The only negative is that it only comes in a 2.2 lb container. If you drink two shakes a day, you will be ordering one every other week. They need to make a larger container (4+lbs) to last a month. I'm gonna try strawberry flavor next, but chocolate is 'right on the money' w/ taste. Definitely try it.
