Stacking Directions:
Supervol: Take 2 capsules ½ hour before your workout, take 1 additional capsule at the opposite end of the day. Continue usage for a 4 week time span.
Winadrol: Start Winadrol at the beginning of the third week of Supervol, take three capsules all at one time. On workout days, take dose 1/2 hour before your workout. On non-workout days, take dose in the morning with your Supervol.
