Let me start by saying that I am not a weightlifting in the gym kind of guy. I work with push ups, crunches, pull ups, and speed roping. It's great for keeping fit, but harder to get good, solid gains.

With Supervol, I gained 15 lbs. of solid mass in 30 days. Within one week, I was doing my same workout, in the same amount of time, but with a 50 pound weight vest on me! Any prohormone will do what it says while you are on it. But the measure of a good prohormone is how you fare once you come off of the product. For me, I lost none of my gains. Take your liver care and your Testabolen, but man was this stuff good.
