Noxavol Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, take one serving twice daily. To achieve maximum results use Noxavol daily for a minimum of 30-90 days.

Training Days: Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes prior to exercise. Space both servings 6-8 hours apart.
Non-Training Days: Take two servings daily, once in the morning and once in the late afternoon or evening.

This product is for everybody! The Arginine give great vascularity thanks to the Norvaline and Ornithine. The beta alanine is incredible. First dose, you get that tingle. It gives you great strength and a great workout. The cissus for the joints sure makes the day after a hard workout much easier. I also like the fact that I take less pills a day than a lot of your other NO boosters. What can I say? CTD does it again.
