This is really great tasting, easy mixing protein. We have tried Chocolate, Chocolate covered Coconut Candy Bar and Vanilla. Loved all but Vanilla. My husband even loves it! He is in construction and aches most mornings. A protein shake before bed helps with soreness. Would highly recommend this product! Advantage Supplements has the best price on it also.

Review: quality ingredients, sweet, creamy and delicious. Due to the texture, i wouldn't use it as pre/post protein shake or meal replacement, it's more suited for a sitting down experience, like a mid morning or before sleep snack.
