I've been Strength training now for about 2 years. I have been trying to maintain and possibly build some muscle mass while burning the the last pockets of stubborn fat. I have tried a few of the ephedra baised products but not with overwheming success. I, however have had the best results with Hot Roxx losing 12 lbs (and feel great)in the last
month while working out 5 days a week and watching my carb intake carefully as I had with other products. Hot Roxx has been one of the few products that I have tried with overwhelming results.

This stuff is definatly a really good product. As it says you need to work out consistantly to be effective, but I have found that this product not only is effective in weight loss, but is effective in making my workouts better. I will take this product about half an hour before I work out and my workout is soo much more effective, I feel my cardio excerises specifically, that I can go farther and longer. To top it off with a reduced calorie diet, meal replacement shakes and hot-rox im down about 20 lbs of fat. It definatly has my vote and worth the money they ask for it.

So far Hot Rox is working great. Doesn't make me jittery like other products I have tried.I do believe you need a good healthy eating plan and excercise plan, if you think you can take pills and its gonna take the weight off and keep it off, your wrong. It needs to be a healthy lifestyle. The pills should just be an aid to help you be consistent. Becuz truly there is no miracle pill...
