I've been Strength training now for about 2 years. I have been trying to maintain and possibly build some muscle mass while burning the the last pockets of stubborn fat. I have tried a few of the ephedra baised products but not with overwheming success. I, however have had the best results with Hot Roxx losing 12 lbs (and feel great)in the last

This stuff is definatly a really good product. As it says you need to work out consistantly to be effective, but I have found that this product not only is effective in weight loss, but is effective in making my workouts better. I will take this product about half an hour before I work out and my workout is soo much more effective, I feel my cardio excerises specifically, that I can go farther and longer. To top it off with a reduced calorie diet, meal replacement shakes and hot-rox im down about 20 lbs of fat. It definatly has my vote and worth the money they ask for it.

I thought it would work. Not as good as i thought. Actually deserves 2 1/2 stars. Not an option. Make sure you diet and exercise really well for it to work.

This stuff is by far the best fat loss product available! its 65 dollars well spent in my opinion. The key here is fat loss, not weight loss, and it does just that. And (name ommitted), Biotest makes their products assuming you train and eat well, that's why they're called SUPPLEMENTS!

I have always been very skeptical of all fat loss products. I play soccer and lift 4 days a week. My main goal was to lose that last bit of fat. Overall, while eating well and exercising I lost just about 2 substantial pounds of fat. While it wasnt a miracle it DID work and exceeded any expectations I had for the product. I would recommend Hot Roxx as long as you're committed to do more than just take a pill and expect to lose weight.

So far Hot Rox is working great. Doesn't make me jittery like other products I have tried.I do believe you need a good healthy eating plan and excercise plan, if you think you can take pills and its gonna take the weight off and keep it off, your wrong. It needs to be a healthy lifestyle. The pills should just be an aid to help you be consistent. Becuz truly there is no miracle pill...

I used Hot Rox while lifting and strength training. It actually worked! However, I did see a noticable loss in mass in my arms and legs, both fat and muscle. It is really important to use protein and lift ALL your muscles so they dont deteriorate. Then, you have a perfect cutting cycle.
