The AST Multi Vitamin is going great as well. I've always been very skeptical about vitamins, but took them anyway. Before this one, I had been taking GNC's Megamen. Noticed that overall I felt better than when not taking them. My joints ached less and healing muscles were less painful. But the frickin' things are too big to swallow. In my opinion any top selling and/or well reviewed multi will do the trick. Their recommended serving is 2 1capsule/day. Doesn't turn my urine neon yellow like others for some reason, AST Multivitamins are a little harder to swallow but you get used to it. ….Review by Ryan
