Each serving of 6 tablets contains: Potassium Magnesium Aspartate/Citrate 4500 mg Green Tea/Guarana/Cocoa Extracts 742 mg (Providing the following Methylxanthine Complex: Caffeine 300 mg, Theobromine 1.5 mg, Theophylline 30 mg) Panax Ginseng (American) 300 mg (Standardized to contain 8% Ginsenosides)

Other Ingredients: Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearate, Croscarmellose, Lecithin, Magnesium Stearate

Suggested Use: Take 6 tablets before exercise with 8 oz of water. To use this product effectively, cycle for 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. If you find this dose too intense, use 4 tablets.
