Yeah the pill gave me energy and attributed to weightloss. But the dose of caffeine is just so high. 390 mg!!! There is around 115 mg in a cup of coffee and 55 in a soda! This does gave me high anxiety and the stress of my life on top of that just added to it. It cause my heart rate to be higher and insomnia! I couldn't sleep at night. I was scared to stop because I was having such great workouts! But after 4 nights of less than 4 hours of sleep I realized that my health was more important to me than loosing the weight quickly. SO if you don't care that you will be taking in WAY more caffeine than you should (and will probably form an addiciton that will be miserable to break) then this pill WILL help with you energy and losing weight. But I can't believe APEX (and 25 hour fitness) are putting a product like this out there.

This product does make you loose weight quickly but the side effects are just to drastic. I actually couldn't exercise as much as I used to because my heart rate was just to high. It raised my stress level, had a lot of trouble breathing, insomnia, nausea, no appetite, high blood pressure, my health was drastically affected. After using it for 5 days i consulted my physician and she advised me to stop using the pills. She also said the pills are over the counter and not approved the by the FDA for a reason. I would never recommend this product to anyone your health is just way more important than loosing a couple pounds faster than with regular exercise and diet alone.
